Job Description

This position will lead Global Cetaphil Sector Marketing, being responsible for designing Holistic Digital First Brand Plans, Innovations, and Commercial Activations for the Cetaphil brand globally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Global product strategy, marketing, and branding for key Cetaphil product ranges.
  2. Design and develop integrated Global 360 activation toolboxes for key innovations, in line with brand DNA guidelines.
  3. Lead multi-functional global team throughout product development phases.
  4. Closely partner with key markets to understand and deliver on their needs.
  5. Identify short and long-term business opportunities for key product ranges.
  6. Partner closely with the scientific team to identify superior formulas and claims to solve consumer unmet needs.
  7. Partner closely with the digital and advocacy team to ensure superior influence and HCP communication.
  8. Manage budget and timelines with strong stewardship.
Requirements
  1. Strong digital-first brand plan design and execution experience.
  2. Ability to lead in a complex environment with new-to-the-world innovations.
  3. Strong ability to build, define, and articulate product & marketing strategy with a foundation in science and influence.
  4. Strong brand building capabilities with experience in advocacy and digital-first marketing.
  5. Pre-launch and launch experience in global or regional roles in competitive markets.
  6. Ability to lead multifunctional innovation project teams and work effectively across a global matrix enterprise.
  7. Strong appetite for SkinCare, Beauty, and Science.
  8. Ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making (data to insights to action) and to provide solid business rationale, clear sense of structure, accountability, timelines, and urgency.
  9. Growth mindset and developed curiosity will be key.
