About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Mattel. As a key member of our Global Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IP brands and franchises within the Dolls category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic direction across product ranging, price architecture, and go-to-market approach to ensure effective, creative, and efficient implementation of Mattel's category strategies and plans.
  • Work closely with the Global Brand Team, Regional Marketing Team, and other internal stakeholders to drive brand growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content Development, Consumer Products, PR, and Customer Marketing, to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to the Global Brand Team on asset creation to align with regional demand creation needs.
  • Contribute to the development of frameworks, playbooks, and capabilities to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Monitor performance and work with Local Marketing teams to course correct where necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in the toy or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement action plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages an advantage.
