Global Talent Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Program Manager to join our team at Scopely. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for building and executing our Early Careers program globally.
About the RoleThe Global Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a scalable and agile global program to attract and retain top talent from universities. You will work closely with our business leaders and Talent Teams to identify demand and fulfill it, while also focusing on university relationships and increasing employer branding and awareness at the university level.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global early careers program strategy
- Measure and assess program effectiveness, generating reports and data-driven insights
- Work closely with Talent leaders and business stakeholders to develop early careers events and engagement opportunities
- Plan and implement onboarding and post-hire engagement activities, events, and group activities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on early careers talent programs, socializing and presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Partner with regional business leaders and Talent Teams to assess Voice of the Customer and business internship needs
- Leverage existing early careers recruitment practices to develop a global end-to-end process
- Coordinate with Talent Teams on full-cycle recruitment process for early careers talent
- Work with internal teams to develop communications and engagements to increase program and employer brand recognition
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years' experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years supporting early careers intern talent
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience managing a recruiting team, leading recruiting operations, or in a program management role
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and running talent programs across multiple businesses or geographic locations
- Proven stakeholder management expertise and ability to liaise and influence various levels of management
- Experience building new talent programs from the ground up, inclusive of stakeholder buy-in and investment garnering
- High-level critical thinking and strategic mindset required
- Excellent organizational, data analysis, and project management skills
- Understanding of regional talent markets complexities and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS tools, associated job boards, and candidate platforms
