Procurement Contracts Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contracts Manager to join our team at Renantis, a global player in the field of renewable energies. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement contracts for our renewable energy projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Participate in market intelligence activities to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the renewable energy sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Support the evaluation and appraisal of suppliers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage all sourcing activities for assigned renewable energy projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Collaborate with the Legal department to draft and develop procurement contracts that meet the needs of our projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and contractors, ensuring smooth delivery and communication.
- Verify and archive all relevant documents related to procurement contracts, including variances, official notices, and receipts.
- Ensure that all purchasing activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures and ERP system guidelines.
