Key Responsibilities:- Provide Procurement Contracts Manager duties as per business processes to ensure tendering and benchmarking is managed properly.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure all procurement contracts under the designated projects are completed within the time, quality, quantity, to the right place and approved budget as set.
- Develop and maintain industry relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Support and keep records of supplier appraisals, and take responsibility for keeping supplier evaluations up to date.
- Manage all sourcing activities for the renewable project assigned.
- Support the process of drafting and developing procurement contracts with regards to renewable projects in close cooperation with the Legal department.
- Serve as the key point of contact between the project team and contractors to ensure smooth deliveries and communication.
- Ensure all documents related to Variances, Official Notices, and Receipt of Goods at Site (delivery notes, BLs, quality certificates, acceptance protocols etc.) and all Work and Quality Certificates for the installation are duly received, signed, and archived.
