As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement contracts for our renewable projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market intelligence activities to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the renewable energy market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Manage all sourcing activities for assigned renewable projects, including tendering and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure procurement contracts are completed within time, quality, quantity, and budget.
- Support the development of procurement contracts, working closely with the Legal department to ensure all commercial conditions are properly reflected.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and contractors, ensuring smooth deliveries and communication.
- Verify and archive all documents related to procurement contracts, including variances, official notices, and receipts of goods.
**Requirements:**
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
