We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contracts Manager to join our team at Renantis, a global player in the field of renewable energies. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement contracts for our renewable projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in market intelligence activities to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the renewable energy sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Support the procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and contract management.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of procurement contracts.
- Manage all sourcing activities for assigned renewable projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain industry relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Support the process of drafting and developing procurement contracts, working closely with the Legal department to ensure all commercial conditions are properly reflected.
- Serve as the key point of contact between the project team and contractors to ensure smooth deliveries and communication.
- Ensure all documents related to variances, official notices, and receipt of goods at site are duly received, signed, and archived.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement contracts management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in procurement software a plus.
