We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Tasker Success team in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our Taskers have a positive experience and are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed on our platform.About the Role

The Tasker Success team plays a critical role in driving the growth and retention of our Tasker community. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing programs and strategies to enhance the performance of our Taskers in Iberia. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify supply gaps and create plans to address them, as well as providing coaching and support to our Taskers to help them build satisfaction with the platform.

You'll be responsible for conducting regular check-ins with our Taskers, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize their productivity. You'll also be responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics, such as utilization, invoicing, and retention, to ensure that our programs are meeting their intended goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs and strategies to enhance the performance of our Taskers in Iberia
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify supply gaps and create plans to address them
  • Provide coaching and support to our Taskers to help them build satisfaction with the platform
  • Conduct regular check-ins with our Taskers to provide feedback and guidance
  • Track and report on key metrics, such as utilization, invoicing, and retention
Requirements
  • Fluent Spanish speaker is a must, Portuguese speaking also an added advantage
  • Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify supply gaps and create plans to address them
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide updates on market trends
  • Ability to contribute to the creation of solid plans that build on existing frameworks
  • Proven ability to execute strategies provided by the program team on time and with high quality
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality brief documents
  • A data-driven decision-maker who enjoys digging into data to understand trends
