About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced growth hacker to join our team. As a Senior Acquisition Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Optimizing acquisition loops through continuous experimentation with traffic, lead generation, and conversion tactics
  • Driving data-driven decisions by testing and iterating rapidly on customer acquisition processes
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing Data Lead and other key stakeholders to align growth hacking initiatives with data-driven insights
  • Establishing and optimizing acquisition channels and campaigns, ensuring they are scalable and effective
  • Utilizing advanced analytics and experimentation to drive decision-making and achieve aggressive growth targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in growth hacking techniques and a strong focus on customer acquisition processes
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing high-impact acquisition processes in high-growth startup environments
  • A deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and tools
  • Proficiency in using analytics platforms and growth hacking tools
  • Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
