Senior Growth Strategist

To drive our company's dynamic growth and innovation, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Growth to join our team. This senior role will oversee the development and execution of growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies that align with company goals. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across various channels and platforms.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to optimize growth strategies and drive business decisions.
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies, leveraging digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and other channels to drive traffic and conversions.
- Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, including personalized marketing, customer segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use this information to inform growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track growth metrics and KPIs. Prepare and present detailed reports on growth performance, insights, and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least three years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, as most of our clients are based in the US.
- Experience with D2C and/or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
