About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Growth Hacker to join our team at Does Recruitment. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-impact acquisition processes to drive customer growth
  • Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth hacking initiatives with business objectives
  • Optimize acquisition channels and campaigns to ensure scalability and effectiveness
  • Utilize advanced analytics and experimentation to drive decision-making and achieve aggressive growth targets
Requirements
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing high-impact acquisition processes in high-growth startup environments
  • Expertise in growth hacking techniques and a strong focus on customer acquisition processes
  • Deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and tools
  • Proficiency in using analytics platforms and growth hacking tools
  • Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred
