The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales - B2C to lead our sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and scaling operations. You will report directly to the Founder/CEO, leading a sales team to expand market presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue growth and expansion targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the Founder/CEO to set sales targets and objectives
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the moving and storage industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and expansion
