Job Summary
Rtb House is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing Rtb House as a market leader in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong understanding of the online advertising industry, including performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- University degree or related tertiary studies.
