Head of Sales B2C

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales B2C to join our team at Brainboxgroup. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online furniture design and sales business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a scalable international growth strategy to expand our brand presence in the furniture vertical.
- Lead commercial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the management board to make key decisions and drive business objectives.
- Manage and develop a team of 12 sales professionals, with a forecast growth to 16 people by the end of 2022.
- Define and achieve sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and anticipating their product and service needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts to the management team.
- Monitor competitor behavior and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure business objectives are met.
**Requirements**
- Commercial experience as Sales Manager, Sales Leader, Commercial Director, or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques in funnel model / CRM.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Orientation to teamwork and collaboration with colleagues and external counterparts.
