About the RoleWe are looking for a collaborative, knowledgeable, and passionate individual to lead our pan-European Pre-Sales team. As a key member of our Sales leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales process by establishing best practices and unlocking tremendous business value in supporting the sales team in securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team for Otovo's 13 markets, setting objectives, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the team operates effectively to achieve targets.
- Develop pre-sales tactics and processes in alignment with the overall sales and business objectives.
- Establish, train, and coach the Pre-Sales Team based in Madrid.
- Monitor and analyze pre-sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, contact speed, pipeline coverage, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Lead Qualifiers to engage with prospective customers during the pre-sales process.
- Work closely with the local Sales & Marketing teams across Europe and customers to understand their needs and requirements, and design customized solutions or proposals that meet those requirements.
- Proven experience in leading Sales Teams, preferably pre-sales or technical sales representatives.
- Familiarity with B2C sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, solution design, and closing deals.
- Highly analytical, organized, and team-centric.
- Ability to lead by example and collaborate with stakeholders across teams and countries.
- Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
- Self-starter able to take projects from idea to pilot to scaling, collaborating across the countries and cross-functionally.
- Builder at heart, excited to build new capabilities, processes, and tools, delivering value.
- Consistently pursue goals and align with relevant KPIs.
