Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Affiliate Marketing to lead our affiliate department in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality traffic, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and managing top accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective affiliate management strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Oversee the successful management of top accounts, including developing and executing marketing plans and negotiating deals with key partners
- Recruit, train, and lead junior level team members on affiliate marketing best practices and strategies
- Regularly evaluate and report on department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes for optimization
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and creative strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, or lead generation
- Outstanding people management skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members
- Strong technical understanding and strategic mindset, with a focus on driving business results
- KPI-driven, with a focus on measuring and improving performance
- Business-level English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international partners and stakeholders
