Customer Service Representative

World Courier De Espana, S.A. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trials Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated operational and customer service support to clinical trial clients
- Handle enquiries, bookings, and reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Plan shipping solutions according to the specific requirements of each clinical study
- Maintain the clinical trial database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Communicate effectively with clients and World Courier offices to ensure seamless coordination
- Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and creatively to improve customer satisfaction
- College education and/or industry experience preferred
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations
- Normally requires zero (0) to two (2) years directly related experience
- Strong customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and self-motivation
- Good decision-making skills, good analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Familiarity with World Courier services and operations, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
