  • Verify and enter order details into the system, ensuring all information is correct.
  • Manage incidences in the order reception (EDI) or in the invoice transmission.
  • Manage communication of calendar and coordinate with credit management, planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Work closely with the Logistic and transportation teams and participate in DDS calls.
  • Rejection and returns management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficient in Office package, especially in Excel. Familiar with SAP.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Proficiency in an additional foreign language (English, French, German, Italian, Dutch).
