Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Coty. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and order status.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and enter order details into the system, ensuring all information is correct.
- Manage incidences in the order reception (EDI) or in the invoice transmission.
- Manage communication of calendar and coordinate with credit management, planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Work closely with the Logistic and transportation teams and participate in DDS calls.
- Rejection and returns management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficient in Office package, especially in Excel. Familiar with SAP.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Proficiency in an additional foreign language (English, French, German, Italian, Dutch).
