Job Position: Service Desk Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, including:
- Help and support to workstations, including telephone and remote/onsite support
- Monitoring of ICT systems, proprietary software platforms, and workflows
- Alert resolution and attention to incidents (Hardware-Software)
- Management of service requests, including hardware and software support
- Telephone support for queries and technical advice
Requirements
- Experience in a Service Desk Level I - II area, with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills and abilities
- Functional vision of services and technical platforms
- Ability to work in a team and availability for rotating shifts
