**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our Retail Sales Team at Lotus Bakeries in Milan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development of our brands through effective POS strategy, systems, and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the development of our portfolio in POS, including Natural Foods and Biscuits & Bakeries.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives and external field agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and provide direction on the next area to expand in terms of coverage.
  • Develop and implement a long-term Perfect Store POS strategy, collaborating with the Country Manager and Sales Manager.
  • Establish a strong nexus between the KAM/Category Manager and Sales Rep. team to ensure best-in-class execution in POS.
  • Lead sales rep. live team meetings quarterly and online monthly meetings.
  • Improve dashboards and reporting tools to enhance analysis and drive better performance of sales reps.
  • Benchmark the outsourcing supplier market and analyze if a change to another external agency is needed.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with sales reps to analyze perfect store objectives and coach them for better performance.
  • Work with external agencies and sales reps to optimize routes for time management and quality of visits.
  • Develop formation plans for sales reps to maximize their potential in POS.
  • Set up monthly priorities for the sales reps team, incorporating inputs from Marketing, Category, and KAM team.
  • Create compelling selling stories ad-hoc per sales rep, together with Category and Marketing, to be effective and impactful with POS managers.

**Requirements**

  • Profile: Bachelor or Master Degree (Marketing, Commercial, Economics, Engineer).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as Sales Representative for FMCG top multinationals and 2+ years of experience in HQ with Perfect Store management methodology.
  • Experience with external outsourcing agencies is a plus.
  • Experience as Category Manager/Trade-Marketing (In-Store) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Top leadership capacities, as this key position would manage a national team and we plan to continue expanding our FTEs in the future.
  • Perfect Store Owner with capacity for continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and excellent execution of this methodology.
  • Team player (KAM, Sales Rep, Category) with a passion for building our brands.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel automation (BI, Dynamic tables), Power BI, Reporting tools, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving our reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to go the extra mile to get things done.
