Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop and execute field business plans in Spain and Portugal.
- Interface with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage and motivate the Field Sales Team to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Economics.
- 2-3 years of experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
