About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Partner to join our dynamic team at Commercetools GmbH. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Spanish entity and contributing to our global HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary HR contact for Spanish employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and manage payroll for the Spanish entity, collaborating with external payroll providers as needed.
  • Administer and collaborate with benefit providers to ensure seamless employee experiences.
  • Support the administration and management of Employer of Record employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist with operational HR processes for other Commercetools entities as required, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Handle all aspects of employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
