We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Partner to join our dynamic team at Commercetools GmbH. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Spanish entity and collaborating with other global entities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary HR contact for Spanish employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Prepare payroll for the Spanish entity and collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Administer and collaborate with our benefit providers to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Support the administration and management of Employer of Record employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with operational HR processes for other Commercetools entities as needed, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations, handling all aspects of employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Work closely with the People Operations team to support various HR initiatives and projects across the organization.
- Good knowledge of Spanish labor and social security laws.
- Experience in performing or assisting with payroll preparation in Spain.
- Strong focus on providing excellent service to employees.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is essential.
