Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for Spanish employees, providing exceptional support and guidance.
- Prepare and manage payroll for the Spanish entity, collaborating with external providers as needed.
- Administer and collaborate with benefit providers to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Support the administration and management of Employer of Record employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with operational HR processes for other Commercetools entities as required.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
- Handle all aspects of employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
