We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Commercetools. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our Spanish entity and collaborating with other global entities to drive operational and administrative HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary HR contact for Spanish employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Prepare and manage payroll for the Spanish entity, working closely with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Administer and collaborate with benefit providers to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Support the administration and management of Employer of Record employees, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
- Assist with operational HR processes for other Commercetools entities as needed, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Handle all aspects of employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
- Good knowledge of Spanish labor and social security laws.
- Experience in performing or assisting with payroll preparation in Spain.
- Strong focus on providing excellent service to employees.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is essential.
