**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a People Operations Partner based in Valencia, Spain, to join our dynamic team. As our People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for our Spanish entity and assist with other global entities, contributing significantly to our operational and administrative HR processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary HR contact for Spanish employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Prepare payroll for the Spanish entity and collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Administer and collaborate with our benefit providers to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Support the administration and management of our Employer of Record employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with operational HR processes for other commercetools entities as needed, providing expertise and support.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle all aspects of employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
- Work closely with the People Operations team to support various HR initiatives and projects across the organization, driving business growth and success.
