Nuestra organización, Commercetools, busca un People Operations Partner con sede en Valencia, España, para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico. En esta posición, serás responsable de nuestra entidad española y ayudarás con otras entidades globales, contribuyendo significativamente a nuestros procesos de recursos humanos operativos y administrativos.
MisiónActuar como el contacto principal de recursos humanos para los empleados españoles, preparar la nómina para la entidad española y colaborar con proveedores externos de nómina, así como administrar y colaborar con nuestros proveedores de beneficios.
Responsabilidades- Actuar como el contacto principal de recursos humanos para los empleados españoles.
- Preparar la nómina para la entidad española y colaborar con proveedores externos de nómina.
- Administrar y colaborar con nuestros proveedores de beneficios.
- Asegurar que las políticas y procesos de recursos humanos estén actualizados y cumplan con las regulaciones locales.
- Manejar todos los aspectos de la administración de empleados, incluidos contratos, onboarding y offboarding, asegurando procesos eficientes y conformes.
- Buen conocimiento de las leyes laborales y de seguridad social españolas.
- Experiencia en la preparación o asistencia con la nómina en España.
- Forte enfoque en proporcionar un excelente servicio a los empleados.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente, gestionar múltiples tareas y cumplir con los plazos de manera efectiva.
- Alto nivel de iniciativa y un enfoque proactivo para resolver problemas.
- Gran atención a los detalles y precisión en las tareas administrativas.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva con empleados y partes interesadas a todos los niveles.
