Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Account Strategist to join our team at Womentech Network. As a key member of our Emerging Benelux & Nordics team, you will play a vital role in the expansion of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management
    • Provide operational account management to small to medium-sized businesses in line with our service level agreements.
    • Grow revenue and optimize accounts to improve performance for clients.
    • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with small to medium-sized clients at all levels, from business development managers to CEOs.
    • Advise on clients' digital strategies and educate them on our technology across channels and devices, articulating this to different stakeholders within the client company.
    • Be credible and seen as a trusted account manager.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Optimize accounts to improve performance for small to medium-sized clients and identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide consultative guidance on market challenges and recommended solutions to overcome those.
    • Proactively anticipate and reduce the likelihood of possible client churn.
    • Provide clients with market knowledge to support their long-term development.
    • Respond to questions around measurement, specifically incrementality and attribution, guiding clients based on their marketing goals.
  • Strategic Portfolio Growth
    • Inspire the growth of clients by promoting innovative cross-channel perspectives.
    • Create successful campaigns in line with clients' objectives.
    • Keep all relevant information from interactions with clients in our CRM.
  • Project Involvement
    • Manage side projects that impact your individual book of business or team, driving those with support from team lead/manager/peer.
  • Learning and Growth
    • Be open to coaching and mentoring by peers who have experience working with larger clients.
    • Proactively work on developing your strengths.
