About the Role

Eurecat is a leading developer of innovative R&D&i projects in various technologies and sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a European Funding Programmes Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Eurecat researchers in drafting new proposals for national and European funding programmes, focusing on administrative, legal, and financial aspects.
  • Prepare instructions, summaries, and templates to facilitate proposal drafting.
  • Gather and draft administrative, legal, and descriptive information about Eurecat.
  • Update Eurecat's information on technological departments, projects, publications, equipment, and other relevant details.
  • Write non-technical sections of proposals.
  • Review proposal quality and eligibility.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage administrative, legal, and financial aspects of Eurecat's strategic projects, including consortium negotiation, contractual documentation, and project budget monitoring.
  • Lead consortium communication efforts.

Requirements

Training and Development

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Political Sciences, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in drafting and submitting grant proposals is highly valued.

Languages

  • Excellent English and Spanish writing and speaking skills are essential.
  • High communication skills in Catalan are a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Having a personal vehicle and occasional travel availability is recommended.
