As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our researchers in drafting new competitive proposals for national and European funding programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Support our researchers in the drafting of new proposals, focusing on administrative, legal, and financial aspects.
- Prepare instructions, summaries, and necessary templates to facilitate the proposal drafting process.
- Gather and draft administrative, legal, and descriptive information about our organization.
- Update our information on technological departments, projects, publications, and equipment.
- Write non-technological sections of the proposals.
- Review the quality and eligibility of the proposals.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage administrative, legal, and financial aspects of strategic projects.
- Lead consortium communication and negotiation.
- Bachelor or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Political Sciences, or related fields.
- Specific studies in project management and/or European projects are highly valued.
- Prior experience in drafting and submitting grant proposals is essential.
- Excellent English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
- High communication skills in Catalan are a plus.
- Full-time position with a permanent contract.
- Hybrid work modality.
