Our client, a prominent International Building & Engineering Contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee a high-value Data Centre project in a major European city.
Key Responsibilities:- Take overall responsibility for the delivery of the project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Contribute to the development of the overall approach for the programme, its major milestones, and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Manage client/design teams reporting to the Construction Director, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Oversee site and project responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution and coordination.
- Monitor and coordinate dependencies across projects, resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth progress.
- Work closely with the Planning Manager to ensure alignment and effective project management.
- Relevant Third-level Degree in a field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in Ireland or overseas.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
