About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team at Centre Tecnologic De Catalunya. As a European Funding Programmes Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our researchers and project leaders in the drafting of new competitive proposals for national and European funding programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Eurecat researchers in the drafting of new proposals, focusing on administrative, legal, and financial areas.
- Prepare instructions, summaries, and necessary templates to draft the proposal.
- Gather and draft administrative, legal, and descriptive Eurecat information.
- Gather and update Eurecat information, including technological departments descriptions, Eurecat projects, publications, technological equipment, etc.
- Write the proposals' non-technological sections.
- Review the quality and eligibility of the proposals.
- Carry out the deliverables of the project in a timely manner.
- Manage the administrative, legal, and financial items in Eurecat strategic projects, including consortium negotiation, preparing contractual documentation, monitoring project budget, etc.
- Lead the consortium communication.
Requirements:
- Holding a bachelor or master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Political Sciences, etc.
- Specific studies in project management and/or European projects are valued.
- Prior experience in drafting and submitting grant proposals.
- Excellent English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
- High communication skills in Catalan are a plus.
- It is advisable to have your own vehicle and be available to travel occasionally.
