Product & Buyer Technical (Retail) Role

Nuestro cliente es una importante un referente en su sector. Es una gran empresa, sólida y en crecimiento, dinámica, en la que se potencia el talento y el bienestar de los/las empleados/as.

La misión de este puesto será planificar e implementar la estrategia global de producto y compra (previamente pactada y definida con Dirección) que maximice las ventas de cada uno de los centros en colaboración con los técnicos de producto de familias.

Responsabilidades:
  • Gestión Global de la oferta de producto en tiendas.
  • Análisis de la estructura óptima de colección y selección del surtido de tiendas óptimo en colaboración con el resto de departamentos.
  • Análisis y reporting de la competencia y de mercado tanto de producto como de precios.
  • Gestión y liderazgo del desarrollo de producto de terceros como propio y búsqueda de Producto de Mercado con total colaboración con diseño.
  • Definición del Budget de Ventas de tiendas y familias, desglosado a nivel semana, siguiendo las directrices de la empresa.
  • Cálculo del Forecast y seguimiento del mismo a nivel sku/semana y adaptación del forecast a las ventas actuales, asegurando que se cumpla siempre el budget pactado.
  • Análisis de ABC de producto a nivel familia y estacionalidad para cada una de las tiendas y de los proveedores.
  • Definición y gestión del budget de compra para poder cumplir con los presupuestos de ventas de las tiendas, asegurando los márgenes objetivos y los niveles de stock óptimos para la empresa.
  • Análisis ABC de Proveedores actuales en función de coste, lead times, delays, rango de productos, etc.
  • Negociación con proveedores.
  • Gestión, seguimiento y optimización del stock tanto de almacén como de las tiendas, cumpliendo con las directrices de stock marcadas por la empresa y finanzas.
  • Reporting semanal no sólo de los resultados y análisis de ventas sino también de todas las acciones que se llevaran a cabo.
Requisitos:
  • Deberás contar con experiencia sólida en el rol de Buyer/Planner Manager, al menos 3-5 años en una posición similar.
  • Tener una visión transversal de negocio y colaborar activamente con diferentes equipos y departamentos.
  • Ser una persona creativa, positiva y con excelentes dotes de comunicación.
  • Habilidades organizativas y de planificación, capacidad analítica.
  • Valorable inglés fluido mínimo B2.
  • Conocimientos de Excel y programas de ERP.
