About the Role

As a Technical Repair Specialist at Werfen, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our instrument systems. Under the direction of the Service Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing tasks related to technical repair and verification of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform technical repairs on all assigned systems, including updates, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and product enhancements.
  • Perform technical refurbishment of equipment modules to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Program, execute, and report on service calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Promote and facilitate compliance with Werfen's core values, including integrity, leadership, delivering results, and customer focus.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Specialist Manager and the Service Director.

Networking and Key Relationships

You will work closely with other roles within the service team, including the Service Specialist Manager, Service Area Manager, Service Director, Helpline, Field Service Engineer, and Supply Chain.
