Product Marketing Specialist

At PAL Robotics, we're seeking a talented Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for our robotics products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define market fit and strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Analyse and maintain detailed buyer personas, segments, and customer journey maps.
- Drive demand with innovative marketing tactics.
- Manage KPIs and metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to strategically position our products.
- Translate technical product details into compelling benefits for users.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimising for ROI.
- Support sales channels development and marketing-sales alignment.
- Bachelor's degree or Master in any technical field (engineering is preferred) with marketing experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
- Passion for technology is a big plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Computer skills, including MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Google Drive suite (docs, spreadsheets, etc).
- Applicants need to have a European work permit.
- Proficient in English and Spanish, with availability to travel as needed.
