Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Lengow. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our products and the market, ensuring that we develop solutions that meet market demands and that the audience recognizes the value our products offer.
Main Responsibilities:- Market, Customer and Competitive Research: Monitor news in targeted industries and on our competition, conduct comprehensive customer research to inform product development, positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Product Go-To-Market Execution: Work closely with the Product team to monitor upcoming feature launches and devise the right go-to-market plan, execute external communications with the right message on the right channels (in-app, emailing, website, social...), and coordinate internal readiness across teams to ensure adoption and retention.
- Collateral Development & Field Enablement: Craft various product collaterals and sales tools such as one pagers, product tours, use cases, integration guides, demo flows, battlecards, and deliver training to ensure customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products.
- Support in Growth, Customer and Partner Marketing Activities: Be the expert in product knowledge and value proposition, provide expertise to other customer-facing teams in customer communication and demand generation campaigns.
- Bachelor's or Master's education in business, marketing, technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2+ years in B2B software marketing, ideally in product marketing or similar roles.
- Proven track record in crafting customer-facing product content.
- Experience working with international markets and teams.
- Experience in selling-related roles such as sales, solution consulting, CSM, or sales enablement is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
- Working schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm and Fridays from 9 to 3 pm.
