Product Marketing Specialist

Lengow, a European leader in intelligent e-commerce solutions, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be working closely with the Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive profitable growth across the digital shelf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market, Customer, and Competitive Research: Conduct comprehensive customer research to inform product development, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Product Go-To-Market Execution: Work closely with the Product team to monitor upcoming feature launches and devise the right go-to-market plan, execute external communications with the right message on the right channels, and coordinate internal readiness across teams to ensure adoption and retention.
- Collateral Development & Field Enablement: Craft various product collaterals and sales tools such as one-pagers, product tours, use cases, integration guides, demo flows, battlecards, and deliver training to ensure customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products.
- Support in Growth, Customer, and Partner Marketing Activities: Be the expert in product knowledge and value proposition, provide expertise to other customer-facing teams in customer communication and demand generation campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's education in business, marketing, technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2+ years in B2B software marketing, ideally in product marketing or similar roles.
- Proven track record in crafting customer-facing product content.
- Experience working with international markets and teams.
- Experience in selling-related roles such as sales, solution consulting, CSM, or sales enablement is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
