Job Title: Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team at AVL Iberica S.A. in Spain.

About the Role:

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and repairing AVL products on customer sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to achieving maximum customer satisfaction by providing professional and customer-oriented services.
  • Support the achievement of high and sustainable profitability by maintaining and repairing AVL products efficiently.
  • Prepare and support the preparation of service activities, including attending and analyzing customer requests, handling and resolving them, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance and calibrations.
  • Document services performed using defined templates and provide useful feedback on optimization potentials, customers, products, and services to management, support organization, product management, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Technical education on electrics, electronics, or mechanics.
  • Intermediate or superior training in multidisciplinary sectors of the industry (recommended industrial maintenance).
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Organization, responsibility, and autonomy.
  • Resolution in decision making and technical problems.
  • Teamwork.
  • Communication skills with the client.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Adequate time management and recommended tasks.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
