Customer Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving technical integration for our customers and prospects, working closely with our sales teams to understand and exploit integration possibilities with our data and services.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose technical solutions
  • Determine technical and business requirements from customers and provide implementation guidance
  • Demonstrate solutions that meet customer business requirements and address technical and product questions
  • Advise and guide prospective customers during integration of our data and services
  • Share best practices and model designs with customers and prospects
  • Provide feedback to our product and technology teams on emerging requirements and customer technology trends

Requirements

  • Professionalism and customer-first approach
  • More than 5 years' experience in a customer-facing customer engineering role
  • Software development experience using Agile development practices
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, and NodeJS languages
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading technical product demonstrations
  • Business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery
  • Strong coding skills in modern programming languages
  • Experience working with cloud services for data ingestion, processing, and storage
  • Understanding of machine learning techniques, specifically natural language processing (NLP) and text mining
