About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Growth to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Act Second.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Growth Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies that align with company goals, leveraging market research and data analytics to inform decision-making.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to optimize growth strategies and drive business decisions.
  3. Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies, leveraging digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and other channels to drive traffic and conversions.
  4. Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, including personalized marketing, customer segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  8. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  9. Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track growth metrics and KPIs. Prepare and present detailed reports on growth performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least three years in a senior leadership role.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
  8. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  9. Experience with D2C and/or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
