Bilingual Relocation and Back Office Specialist

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a Bilingual Relocation and Back Office Specialist proficient in French and Spanish.
Role Overview:
The Relocation team is dedicated to assisting clients who wish to transfer their existing fleet of corporate instruments to new locations. Given the technological complexity of our client’s instruments, these items require specialized uninstallation, dismantling, and reinstallation by trained engineers. The logistics of transport must be handled by a company experienced in the careful packing and moving of sensitive equipment, ensuring that the new site is adequately prepared. Our client provides these services either as a comprehensive package or on an as-needed basis.
As a Relocation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and classifying relocation requests based on geographical location, complexity, and urgency.
- Collaborating with Sales representatives to gather additional information when necessary.
- Utilizing SAP CRM and various tools to pinpoint the exact product numbers of machines requiring relocation.
- Engaging with logistics partners to relay weights and dimensions of the client’s fleet to obtain transport availability and quotes.
- Contacting Original Equipment Manufacturers for quotes on uninstalling and reinstalling third-party machines included in the relocation.
- Securing necessary customs clearance documentation for relocations outside the EU.
- Assessing and selecting logistics offers.
- Reviewing and accepting Original Equipment Manufacturer offers.
- Preparing official offers and submitting them to the Service Business Manager for approval, utilizing current pricing lists.
- Once approved, coordinating with the Sales representative to communicate with the customer.
- Creating Third Party Purchase Orders for external partners, including logistics and third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in data management, quality assurance, and data cleansing.
- Fluent in French and Spanish, with a native or advanced level.
- Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
- Experienced user of CRM systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the relevant languages.
- Motivated and customer-focused, with a commitment to satisfaction and resolution.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Applicants must be residing in Spain.
Benefits:
