Role Overview:

The Relocation team is dedicated to assisting clients who wish to transfer their existing fleet of corporate instruments to a new location. Given the technological complexity of our client’s instruments, they require specialized uninstallation, dismantling, and reinstallation by trained engineers. The logistics of transport must be handled by a company experienced in the packing and moving of sensitive equipment, ensuring that the new site is adequately prepared. Our client provides these services as a comprehensive package or on-demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and classify relocation requests based on geographical location, complexity, and urgency.
  • Communicate with the designated Sales representatives to obtain further information when necessary.
  • Utilize SAP CRM and various tools to pinpoint the exact product numbers of all machines scheduled for relocation.
  • Engage with our logistics partners to provide them with the weights and dimensions of the customer fleet for transport availability and quotes.
  • Reach out to Original Equipment Manufacturers for quotes on uninstalling and reinstalling third-party machines involved in the relocation.
  • Secure necessary customs clearance documentation for relocations outside the EU.
  • Assess and select the most suitable logistics offer.
  • Evaluate and accept the Original Equipment Manufacturer's proposal.
  • Draft an official offer and submit it to the responsible Service Business Manager for approval, utilizing current pricing lists.
  • Upon receiving approval, relay the information to the responsible Sales representative for customer communication.
  • Prepare Third Party Purchase Orders for external partners, including logistics providers or third-party vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in data management, quality assurance, and data cleansing.
  • Fluent in French and Spanish, with a native or advanced proficiency.
  • Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Experienced in using CRM systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the relevant languages.
  • Demonstrated motivation and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Applicants must reside in Spain.
