Back Office Export Specialist

At Adecco Granollers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Back Office Export. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the metal sector, located in Les Franquesas del Vallès.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage administrative, logistical, and customer service tasks related to international trade, ensuring compliance with company procedures and objectives.
- Prepare and send offers to clients, including relevant data and discounts or commissions.
- Process orders, generate reports on pending orders, and coordinate shipments according to delivery dates.
- Oversee the administrative aspects of export operations, including packing lists, export documentation, and letters of credit.
- Relevant academic background in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in office software.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
Fluent in English and French, with a high level of proficiency.
What We Offer:- Temporary contract for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
- A stable position with opportunities for growth.
€14.96 per hour, with a working schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 1:30pm and 2:30pm to 5:30pm, and Saturday, 8:00am to 2:00pm.
