About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Idneo, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion into new markets and customer segments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organization that is shaping the future through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding Idneo's presence in the global market.
  • Lead the generation of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) to secure new business and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Act as a key spokesperson for Idneo, presenting detailed proposals to clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that the company's values and mission are effectively communicated.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion in the automotive industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
