About the Role:

This position is available for applicants who are passionate about building meaningful relationships and driving business growth. As an International Sales Manager at Management Events, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and filter potential new customers to build a strong client portfolio.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Sales and Account Management: Qualify potential customers, initiate contact, and close sales deals.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other teams to achieve common goals and develop a deep understanding of different industries and markets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong English language skills, with additional European languages an advantage.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven history of success in B2B sales and business development.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for reaching targets and driving business growth.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Strong argumentation skills, ability to listen, and a consultative approach to sales.
  • Team Player: Excellent social and co-operative skills, with a high energy level and a can-do attitude.
