**Job Summary**

Lucas Fox, a leading luxury property agency in Barcelona, is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate International Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Barcelona's real estate market and stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact with potential buyers to completion and post-completion of sales deals.
  • Lead a team of sales agents and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Set and track performance goals and KPIs for the team and ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled.
  • Collaborate with international agents to ensure a high level of product knowledge and provide creative solutions to close deals.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Barcelona's key areas and surroundings.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales agents.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
