This individual will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our Spanish-speaking clientele, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

* Engage with clients to understand their advertising requirements and objectives.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and the advertising agency to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their advertising strategies and campaigns.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking partners and customers, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and support.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales and support within the digital advertising industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand and articulate client needs and objectives.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of driving customer success and retention.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
