Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Modality Sales Specialist to join our team in North Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with key accounts in the Cardiology area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, services, and supply chain, to create optimal offers for customers.
  • Establish and achieve sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region.
  • Develop and implement account plans for each key account, including budgeted targets and specific strategies and actions.
  • Drive the performance of the functions in the account team to achieve sales goals.
  • Analyze and report sales results, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a biomedical engineering or clinical/science related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the Cardiology area and in the medical device sector.
  • Great team player, proactiveness, customer focus, and patient safety engagement.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • English and Spanish language skills.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
