Join Voltalia's Team as a Technical Support Coordinator

Voltalia is a leading company in renewable energies, producing electricity from wind, solar, hydro, biomass, and storage. We are a service provider to 3rd party clients, offering a global operating capacity to our clients. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will be part of our ETD Wholesale and Retail activity, working on technical support within the team, attending trainings, giving alternative solutions, accompanying our sales force, and carrying out commissioning on site and remotely.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to Pre-Sales, focusing on residential and commercial projects.
  • Support customers with PV plant commissioning, monitoring, debugging, and other technical issues.
  • Train customers and installers on catalog equipment, both in-person and online.
  • Develop alternative solutions for clients within our portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and follow PV industry advancements.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish, with conversational English skills.
  • FP Degree or professional training, with 1-2 years of experience in PV design and installation.
  • Knowledge of Spanish regulations and certifications for PV installations.
  • Ability to work with IT tools, such as Excel, Word, and PV design software.
